Responsibilities

• Greets guests and members on arrival and assists with seating as needed.
• Opens/pours wines and champagnes professionally when required.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation; handles closing duties.
• Processes purchases at the cash register and accounts for daily sales.
• Resolves guest issues with good judgment or escalates to management.
• Writes and routes food and beverage tickets to the kitchen/bar promptly.
