Loverboy is a new restaurant concept from the team behind Box St. All Day and No Risk No Magic Hospitality Group. It is planned to open at Pearl November 2, 2026.

The Server takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service. You are an expert on our menu, and you use your knowledge, positive attitude and excellent communication skills to create a personalized experience for each guest. You are hard-working and friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed per uniform standards.
• Detail-oriented and accountable to customers.
• Positive and professional attitude at all times.
• POS and card processing skills.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Know menu items and answer questions about preparation.
• Take orders promptly, maintain drinks, check on guests, keep tables clear.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure service excellence.
• Operate POS system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and comply with regulations.
• Ensure food meets high standards in all sections.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
