Bass Pro Shops Tulalip, WA is seeking a Part-time Customer Relations Associate. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience while managing merchandise with care.

Responsibilities include handling returns, processing refunds or exchanges, promoting CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and staying knowledgeable about current promotions. The role requires high school diploma and strong communication skills; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.
• Ability to handle merchandise with care and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with directions and information.
• Process returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Maintain neat, stocked work area and stay aware of sales promotions.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Sells hunting and fishing licenses as needed.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and visitor logs as required.
