Job summary

Rudy Luther Toyota is seeking a friendly, proactive receptionist to greet guests and manage a multi-line phone system. You will deliver exceptional customer service, direct calls to the appropriate staff, and help maintain an organized front desk environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and creating a welcoming dealership experience for every guest who visits or calls.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Organized and able to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Phone experience is a plus.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands that a smile, a warm greeting, and a caring attitude can make all the difference.

Monday – Friday 10am-4pm

What You'll Do
