Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead at Altar’d State to drive outstanding guest service, maintain compelling visuals, and coach associates to meet store goals.

You will report to Store Leadership and ensure operational compliance while modeling the brand’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a passion for giving back through our mission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

• Participates in walk-throughs, communicates successes and opportunities.
• Serves as leader on duty as needed.
• Adheres to organizational Code of Conduct.
