Job summary

Altar'd State in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Leader-Guest Engagement to inspire exceptional guest experiences and lead a diverse team. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, coach for top performance, and ensure the store delivers on our mission to Stand Out For Good.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail or hospitality management, strong communication, and a passion for serving guests and the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality management (1 year minimum).
• Strong communication and guest-focused service.
• Able to manage P&L awareness and store metrics.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with revenue ideas.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; physical ability for standing and lifting 30 lbs.
