• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• POS system and card processing experience.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• Dress professionally following uniform standards.
• Must have attention for detail and a passion for serving Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
• Acknowledge guest’s right-of-way and assist with directions or requests.
• Open doors for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
• Maintain entryway cleanliness and assist with table turnover.
• Provide guests with accurate estimated waiting times.
• Notify servers/managers of special events for seated guests.
• Escort guests to tables, offer menus, and share server names.
• Assist guests with merchandise where applicable.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and management to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a consistent wait-list system and monitor turnover.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
