CircusTrix, LLC is seeking Crew Members for our park operations in Roseville, CA. You will contribute to a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations, from front desk to cafe service and event support.

Ideal candidates are 16+, willing to work evenings/weekends/holidays, with a strong team mindset and reliability. No formal education is required, and training will cover safety, procedures, and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance.
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.
• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems.
• Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards.
• Greet and check in guests efficiently.
