Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking part-time Crew Members to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across park operations. You may work across stations such as Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, Park Training, and Marketing Support. Must be 16+ with reliability and teamwork.

Evening/weekend availability is required. Role emphasizes safety, positive attitude, and readiness to adapt to station changes. Compensation starts at $11.00/hr.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 16+ eligible.
• High-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow safety rules and park procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing duties and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety at Court Monitor.
• Welcome guests and manage flow at Greeter/Park Support.
• Lead birthday parties and manage event timelines as Party Host.
