Job summary

CircusTrix is seeking Crew Members for its on-site park operations. You will work across multiple stations, ensuring safe, engaging guest experiences and supporting daily operations with teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities include assisting withFront Desk, Café, FOH/BOH tasks, and participating in safety protocols. High-energy environment; opportunities for growth and development within the park. 16+ welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce safety rules consistently and respectfully.
• Identify and address unsafe behavior promptly.
• Assist with emergency response procedures as trained.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance.
• Support guest flow and traffic management.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor waiver completion and wristband compliance where applicable.
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.
• Manage event timelines and transitions.
• Deliver structured activities and high-energy guest engagement.
• Coordinate food and room setup.
