Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Ambassador in Boston, MA to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will handle ticket fulfillment, support the View Boston retail, and assist with the Magic Memories photo service, using a friendly, sales-driven approach.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Fulfillment: greet guests, inform on options and promotions, process online and walk-up sales, handle payments and issue tickets.
• Retail Operations: assist View Boston shop, stock shelves, process sales, and maintain a clean environment.
• Magic Memories Photo: engage guests, explain photo packages, capture prints, and promote upsell opportunities.
• Customer Service: resolve issues professionally and share knowledge about exhibits and events.
