Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.

• Effective communication across formats (radio, email, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, greet and scan/verify tickets.
• Direct guests to seats and venues; provide wayfinding.
• Assist with crowd control and safety.
• Support box office and guest experience staff.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain clean and safe public spaces and assist patrons with disabilities.
• Understand evacuation procedures and spaces within PRAx.
• Flexibility to work on event days and hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
