Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. in Temecula, CA is looking for a friendly, outgoing team member to join our bowling/arcade/karaoke venue on a part-time basis. You’ll help guests, operate the POS, reset lanes, assist with events, and keep the facility clean and welcoming.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and an interest in hospitality or retail. Weekend availability is requested, with 20–25 hours per week and a wage of $19–$20.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED.
• High School diploma and preferred one to two years experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes, lend out facility and/or equipment.
• Under supervision, promotes and conducts marketing events.
• Resets and cleans the facility after use, including lanes, karaoke rooms, and arcade areas.
• Conducts lane maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes and related equipment.
• Checks equipment conditions and performs basic maintenance.
• Handles opening and closing procedures and cash tills.
• Provides customers with bowling tips and assistance.
• Answers general inquiries by phone and conducts sales.
• Performs inventory procedures and lane maintenance per guidelines.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness.
• Resets, cleans and maintains shoes in the auto shoeer and handles laundry of rags.
• Responds politely to customers and assists with party reservations.
