Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep facilities clean while following store procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience, and strong communication skills. The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
