Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Basic math to give correct change.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly attitude and upsell menu items.
• Enter food and drink orders into the POS system accurately.
• Accept cash, cards, and mobile payments; provide correct change.
• Balance the cash drawer at shift start and end.
• Package takeout orders and hand them to customers.
• Keep front counter and dining areas clean and stocked.
• Communicate guest requests to the kitchen team.
