Cicis is hiring a Guest Greeter to warmly welcome guests, provide restaurant information, and guide them to the appropriate area. This role supports the guest experience and assists the team as needed.

The position requires basic math, reliable attendance, and clear communication. Part-time hours include weekends and holidays, with on-site work and potential food-handler requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• On-the-job training provided for food service or customer service roles.
• Basic math skills to count money and give correct change.
• Clear verbal communication and a polite demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to obtain a local food handler's card if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about the restaurant and services.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments and balance the drawer.
• Package takeout meals and verify order accuracy before handing to customers.
• Keep front counter and seating areas clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Communicate guest requests and special needs clearly to the kitchen team.
