Key duties include greeting customers, answering menu questions, entering orders into the POS, handling cash and payments, packaging takeout, and keeping the front area clean and stocked. Reliable, friendly communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• On-the-job training provided; prior experience is a plus.
• Basic math to handle cash and change.
• Clear verbal communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly and provides information about restaurant and services.
• Enter food and drink orders into the POS system.
• Handle cash, cards, and mobile payments and balance cash drawer.
• Package takeout meals and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain clean front counter, seating, and drink stations.
• Communicate guest requests to the kitchen team.
