Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards and adheres to dress code.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs.
• Informs customers about events, sales, or promotions and provides promotional materials.
• Keeps entryways and work areas clean, tidy and safe for customers and staff.
• Facilitates customer check-in of firearms/weapons following SOP.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
