The Event Staff team at Ryan Field delivers exceptional service and safety for guests during Northwestern University events.

The part-time role pays $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify tickets and assist guests with locating seats and venue amenities.
• Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns.
• Provide directions and information regarding concessions, restrooms, parking, and stadium policies.
• Assist with crowd management before, during, and after events.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
• Support emergency procedures as directed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
