• Test and record data from case formation; temperatures, water levels, status checks.
• Hourly walk throughs: soap runs, check vat levels, open oven doors at end of each cycle.
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Answer company telephone and check outside doors.
• Report any incidents or irregularities.
• Other duties as assigned.
