Job summary

Trotter Workforce in Malvern, AR is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support GMP-compliant manufacturing processes on a third shift. Responsibilities include inspecting manufacturing, assembly, and packaging lines, documenting results and communicating deviations to QA management.

The role requires accurate inspection recording, proficiency with Word/Excel and the ability to work overtime. Training for GMP practices will be provided in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform and record inspections and observations accurately.
• Read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work overtime or off shift if necessary.
• Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support GMP regulations with focus on process inspections.
• Complete incoming quality checks and record results.
• Perform inspections using specifications and controlled docs, recording results.
• Communicate issues with line supervisors and QA Manager.
• Review and approve batch records, line clearances and first quality checks.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIRD SHIFT (11:00pm-7:00/7:30am)

Responsibilities:

• Implement andsupport various GMP regulations with primary focus on process inspections of manufacturing,assembly, and packaging processes
• Complete IncomingQuality Checks and record results
• Work withspecifications and controlled documentation to perform the identifiedinspections for manufacturing, assembly, and packaging and recordresults
• Communicateissues/failures with the line supervisors and QualityAssurance Manager
• Review and approvebatch records, line clearance, and 1st quality checks/samples
• Release product andfinished goods
• Review and approve DHRdocumentation
• Assist the QualityManager with inspections of compliance to GMP regulationsand practices throughout the facility
• Monitor and providetraining to facility areas for GMP Compliance
• Serve as role modelfor GMP compliance
• Organize and maintainworking documents
• Provide addedcompliance support and monitoring
• Assist QA manager withadministrative support
• Travels to otherfacilities as needed
• Other duties as deemednecessary
