Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Tomahawk area.

You will assist with daily living, engage participants in activities, and work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Join a mission-driven team that values meaningful relationships, initiative, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants' daily living.
• Support behavioral and complex needs.
• Help participants engage in activities and pursue development goals.
• Promote budgeting, exercise, and nutrition as part of development.
