We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in a group home setting, providing essential support and personalized care to residents with diverse needs. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing residents' quality of life by assisting with daily activities, managing health needs, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health status is maintained.
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Support residents with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care by implementing appropriate behavior management techniques.
• Operate mobility aids including Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers to ensure safety during movement.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document resident progress, incidents, and care activities thoroughly for ongoing communication with healthcare teams.
• Drive residents when needed for appointments or community outings, ensuring safe transportation practices.
• Collaborate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and family members to support comprehensive resident care plans.
