Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging classes, support members, and maintain high safety and professional standards. You will teach multiple formats, stay current with certifications, and coordinate with the Group Fitness Coordinator and General Manager.

The role offers a day-shift schedule in California with pay that reflects class formats and experience, plus benefits like gym membership and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Certification in a nationally accredited group fitness program is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required (may be obtained within 30 days).
• Experience teaching a range of formats (Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Yoga, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and motivating group fitness classes.
• Engage with members and help them reach fitness goals.
• Follow club policies and complete sign-in procedures.
• Attend meetings and update the team on class rollouts.
