Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, operating Crunch Fitness locations, seeks a Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging classes and provide an exceptional member experience. The role emphasizes safety, energy, and professional conduct within a fast-paced health club environment.

You will work with a supportive team to help members achieve goals, while maintaining required certifications and contributing to a positive club culture.

Qualifications

• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading formats such as Bootcamp, Yoga, HIIT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and motivational group fitness classes.
• Engage and support members to achieve fitness goals.
• Maintain education certifications and adhere to club policies.
• Manage class attendance and communicate updates to members and staff.

Skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to lead a variety of formats

Proven experience teaching exercise
