Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a part-time Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy group classes and provide an exceptional member experience. You will engage with members, ensure safety, and uphold certification requirements as part of Crunch Fitness standards.

You will be responsible for various formats (Bootcamp, Zumba, HIIT, yoga, cycle) and for maintaining professional conduct in a fast-paced club environment, while promoting the Crunch Fitness mission and brand values.

Qualifications

• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required or within 30 days of hire
• Proven experience teaching exercise classes for all fitness levels
• Ability to lead multiple formats (Bootcamp, Zumba, HIIT, Yoga, etc.)
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and motivational group fitness classes
• Engage with members to support goals and retention
• Maintain certifications and follow club policies
• Track attendance and report class participation
• Assist with department meetings and class rollouts
