Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of group fitness classes for Crunch Fitness members and guests, delivering safe and engaging sessions with high energy. The role emphasizes knowledge of equipment, certifications, and brand-aligned professional conduct.

Responsibilities include maintaining classrooms, following policies, promoting other programs, and attending team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Strong member service skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred). Valid Yoga or Pilates certifications are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct a variety of group exercise classes.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercises.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the training rooms.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Always maintain professional disposition.
• Build a supportive and motivating rapport with members and guests.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Actively promote other group fitness classes and personal training programs
• Attend all required club/team meetings.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
