Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, a Crunch Fitness franchise partner, is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging, safe classes and guide members on their fitness journey. You will build relationships with members, maintain certifications, and participate in promotions and communications to support a high-energy, inclusive gym experience across our Naperville club.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited group fitness certification required or in progress.
• CPR/AED certification required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience teaching group fitness to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and motivational group fitness classes.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals through engaging instruction.
• Provide a positive and professional experience during every class.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications; follow sign-in/out procedures; adhere to club policies and brand standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member concerns; escalate when necessary; communicate updates.
• Accurately track and report class attendance; stay engaged with instructor portal and social media for updates.
