Cottonwood Residential is hiring a Part-Time Groundskeeper for Cason Estates Apartments in Murfreesboro, TN. The schedule runs 8am to 12pm, with up to 24 hours a week.

Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak English, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available for on-call nights and weekends. Tasks include removing trash, sweeping and pressure washing, basic gardening, cleaning windows, and performing general maintenance around the grounds and buildings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English for communication and safety procedures.
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and company events.
• Must be able to move, carry, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate elevation changes safely.
• Frequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, and pushing/pulling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and litter from the property grounds.
• Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings.
• Basic gardening and weeding.
• Clean windows and common furniture.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on household, building, and grounds.
