Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record for the previous three years.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, weed, and remove debris to maintain exterior areas.
• Operate gas- and electric-powered grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Spread mulch, fertilizer, and keep grounds neat and presentable.
• Perform seasonal duties and assist with property cleanup as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervision.
