Job summary

Knight Enterprises Management, L.L.C. is seeking a part-time Grounds Maintenance Worker to care for the exterior and surrounding grounds of the facility in Titusville, FL.

The role includes mowing, edging, fertilizing, watering, pruning, litter control and basic upkeep of walkways and landscaping. Responsibilities also include responding to maintenance requests, stocking supplies, and assisting with emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lawns, shrubs, walkways, litter control, mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering.

Responsibilities

• Maintains front and back of the facility including landscaping and litter control.
• Fertilizes, waters, mows and edges lawns.
• Trims and maintains shrubs and plant material.
• Removes waste material from grounds.
• Maintains exterior appearance of the building.
• Responds to calls for cleaning or maintenance in assigned areas.
• Participates in special assignments and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Complies with safety and security standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Works average 29 hours per week.
