Position OverviewChallenge Enterprises of North Florida is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and motivated individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Worker.As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, this position is responsible for mowing, edging, weeding, debris removal, and maintaining the general cleanliness and appearance of assigned exterior areas.This role includes operating gas- and electric-powered grounds maintenance equipment and completing seasonal duties as needed.
