Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of our properties, as well as interior shared spaces. The role supports customer service by ensuring clean and orderly surroundings and coordinating with maintenance teams.

The position requires basic maintenance skills, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work Monday through Friday with possible overtime or on-call shifts. BH values reliability and cleanliness on-site.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance experience or janitorial/maintenance work preferred.
• Basic interior/exterior maintenance knowledge desired.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
