Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a versatile Grounds Maintenance Assistant in Danville, IN to support daily lot duties and safety adherence. You will help with grounds upkeep, equipment maintenance, and seasonal tasks while following established safety policies.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the lot, mowing and weed control, snow removal, and communicating progress to management. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; overtime is expected during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Prior ag experience a plus
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Soil Sampling Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with management.
