Job summary

Keystone is seeking a general lot attendant to support facility grounds, housekeeping, and seasonal maintenance while following safety rules. You will help with snow removal, weed spraying, mowing, and reporting daily activities to management.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, overtime during peak seasons, and basic mechanical skills for daily equipment maintenance. Physical tasks such as lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior agricultural experience is a plus.
• Overtime is required during peak seasons.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily equipment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including cleaning the lot, mowing grass, and snow removal.
• Ensure safety compliance and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Perform soil sampling and communicate daily activities with management.
• Support general lot duties as needed and coordinate with team.

Position Overview: This position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but is not limited to:

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Soil Sampling
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with management.

Required Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Prior ag experience a plus
• Required overtime as the season demands.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee needs to stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location. Employee will regularly be required to walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel and grasp.
