Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a general backup to the Applicators in Wilkinson, IN. The role involves handling a range of duties from receiving and delivering agronomy products to equipment maintenance and grounds upkeep.

The position requires strong communication, time management, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. You will work closely with the location manager and may handle inventory measurements and safety tasks during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Positive attitude with high energy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service focus and teamwork.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance across tasks.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and snow removal.
• Communicate daily activities and needs to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
