Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a versatile Grounds Maintenance Assistant in Danville, IN to support daily lot duties and safety adherence. You will help with grounds upkeep, equipment maintenance, and seasonal tasks while following established safety policies.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the lot, mowing and weed control, snow removal, and communicating progress to management. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; overtime is expected during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Prior ag experience a plus
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee needs to stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location.
