Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed or related field.
• At least two years of professional writing and editing experience.
• Ability to write clear, compelling content for web, newsletters, and print.
• Strong copyediting and proofreading with attention to brand consistency.
• Experience collaborating with designers or creative partners.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team work.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, brand-aligned graphics across digital and print channels.
• Ensure work reflects UT brand guidelines and School of Computing standards.
• Collaborate with Social Media & Design Manager on campaigns.
• Maintain visual consistency across the school's three academic departments.
• Liaise with printers and vendors for production in coordination with the Design Manager.
• Create Canva templates and reusable design assets to improve efficiency.
