Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least two years of professional writing and editing experience, preferably in a marketing, communications, or higher education setting.
• Ability to write clear, compelling content for web, press releases, newsletters and print collateral.
• Strong copyediting and proofreading skills with attention to grammar and brand.
• Experience collaborating with designers to align content with visuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team work.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Design high-quality graphics across digital and print channels, including social media graphics and print collateral.
• Design Systems and Brand Support: Create templates and assets; contribute to a school-wide brand guide and reusable UI patterns.
• UX & Web Design: Design webpage mockups in Figma and translate content into implementation-ready designs; collaborate with developers.
