University of Delaware's College of Education and Human Development seeks a Part Time Graduate Program Support Assistant to back CEHD’s Graduate Student Services. You will assist with inquiries, applications, and degree progress across programs, in a collaborative environment on campus.

The role emphasizes customer service, data integrity, and coordination across systems like UDSIS, Stellic, and Slate. Flexible daytime hours and in-person work on the Newark campus are available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow projects through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to interpret data and organize reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide graduate student and program support to a portfolio of programs.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and assist with applications.
• Utilize Slate, CRM, UDSIS, Stellic, and related systems for communications and data management.
• Update advisor assignments and electronic student files; monitor degree progress.
• Review applications for Advanced Degree and assist with graduation eligibility.
• Download reports and manage spreadsheets for student tracking.
• Support with assistantship funding letters, course registrations, and events.
