Qualifications

• Event planning and administrative experience required; ministerial experience in the local church preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including filing, typing, copying, setting up appointments, travel arrangements and taking messages
• Maintain program database as needed
• Help organize/plan and participate in grant-related activities
• Assist in curation, production and distribution of resources boxes
• Oversee program and staff supplies, needs, etc.
