Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our Retail stores. You will process items efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to training playbooks and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members
• Promote teamwork with peers and follow training playbooks and instructions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting hazards
• Attend and complete trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
