Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a team member to inspect donated goods and prepare them for sale across our retail stores. You will help ensure quality and efficiency in a busy environment.

You will rotate through stations, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a supportive team. We offer weekly pay, vacation/holiday PTO, and an employee discount, plus health benefits for staff and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Clear English communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production goals.
• Identify and solve problems or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
