Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Milwaukee to engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and assist with club fittings and front-end operations. You will help customers select, fit, and purchase golf clubs, accessories, and apparel while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

You should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Requires strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Hard Goods area (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales.
• Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and keep Hard Goods areas clean and visually attractive.
