Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, promotions, and gift cards.
• Maintain premiere stock presentation and visual merchandising in Hard Goods areas.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist with club fittings and shaft/grip/spec selection.
