Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service in Hard Goods areas.
• Maintain a premiere stock and visual level in Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories.
• Assist with club fittings and explain shaft, grip, and spec choices.
• Assist with front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and events to maintain strong presence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, operational environment.
