Job summary

Hammonds Lane Center in Brooklyn Park, MD is seeking part-time Geriatric Nursing Assistants to join our care team. You will work with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care and support patient comfort while achieving positive outcomes.

Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification is required. We offer flexible hours, on-site benefits, and access to an On-Demand Pay Program for earned wages.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required.
• Experience in geriatric care is a plus but not required for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities and non-professional services for patient comfort.
• Transports patient to rehabilitation and accompanies to appointments.
• Participates in care planning and implements care per plan.
