Job summary
Waldorf Center is seeking a Full-Time Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our caring team in Waldorf, MD. You will work with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, transporting patients to therapy and appointments, and implementing care plans as directed by the care team.
Qualifications
- State-approved GNA program completion and current certification required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Transport patients to rehab therapy and outside appointments.
- Participate in care planning and implement care per plan.
