Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible and able to graduate and pass state test within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and nursing care per resident care plan.
• Participate in shift start/end resident reports.
• Monitor resident requests and respond with dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in activities and help with meals as needed.
