Doctors Community seeks a Part Time GNA (7am-3pm) to join our care team. You will work closely with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate geriatric nursing care and support daily resident well-being.

The role emphasizes efficient patient care, adherence to care plans, and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff. A state-approved GNA program completion and current certification are required.

• Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required

Responsibilities

• Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Transports patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies to outside appointments
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan.
